Nail Party Policies

1. General:
   1. Nail Parties are available to groups of four guests and up, and are subject to availability.
   2. At this time, Nail House only offers non-exclusive parties, and is unable to close the salon for private events.
2. Deposits:
   1. All Nail House Nail Parties are subject to a $50 deposit charge.
   2. This deposit will be collected before the requested party time is reserved, and the guest registration link is provided to the host (the individual who requested the Nail Party, and the main contact for the event).
3. Cancellations:
   1. Hosts may fully cancel or remove guests from the reservation within 48 hours of the party’s start time.
   2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the party’s start time will forfeit the deposit.
4. Registration:
   1. The host will be sent an online registration link for themselves, and other guests to complete before the party reservation time.
   2. Hosts must only share their private party link with guests they wish to attend the reservation.
   3. All guests must complete their registration forms within 48 hours of the party’s start time.
   4. If any guests have not completed their registration within this time, a Nail House staff member will contact the host to confirm attendance before modifying party details.
   5. Guests cannot update their service or add-on selections within 48 hours of the event start time. If they need to make any changes to their selections, they must call the salon to do so in a timely manner.
   6. For children’s parties, a parent or guardian must complete the registration form with their name, and contact information.
5. Pricing:
   1. Nail House Nail Parties will be charged per any services, add-ons, and beverages selected during registration at their current retail price.
   2. Custom beverage prices will vary by selection per event.
